Half Day Pork Course Gift Voucher
Our Half Day Pork course is a good starter for anyone interested in pork butchery. The day begins with a home cooked full english breakfast which will include Green Farm sausages and bacon and quite often eggs from our chickens! Following breakfast you will begin the butchery of the main carcass where, as with the Full Day Course, we will discuss the options available for each part of the carcass whilst also discussing the relation of various parts of other animals to help gain an overall idea of general butchery anatomy. The course will finish with the process of producing the recognised cuts and joints found on a butchers block and mincing the pork trim to make sausages.
You will leave with a generous amount of meat to take home and enjoy!
This course runs for approximately 3-4 hours.
Upgrading and refunds
Once the voucher has been processed and sent out we cannot refund you, however If the recipient of the voucher would like to do a course of a higher value the difference can be paid when booking the course. Our Vouchers are transferable so they may be offered to someone else.
