We are really excited to be able to start our courses up again and are really looking forward to seeing everyone. The following information is what we will be doing to make our courses safe for all involved so that we can focus on the courses and enjoy them.

The maximum amount of attendees has been reduced to ensure proper social distancing can be maintained so there will be no more than 6 people on a butchery course and 9 on a sausage making course. This may mean that the new dates that we have available will fill up quite quickly.

 

Our staff will be wearing PPE visors as it will make instruction easier than it would be through a face mask. We ask you to bring a face mask (we will have spares if you forget) and we will provide gloves and aprons. We will have hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities readily available.

For courses that include breakfast and/or lunch, we will utilise our Long Room to make sure everyone has plenty of space to maintain social distancing.
