FAQs

Q. I would like to change my course to a different one, can I do this?

A. Yes you can. You can either pay more or we can refund the difference. But you must give us at least 14 days notice in order to offer the place to someone else. (Please note this does not apply to Vouchers that you have received. You may upgrade but we cannot refund you. Our Vouchers are transferable so you may offer it to someone else)

 

Q. Do you cater for Vegetarians?

A. Obviously all our courses involve Meat, but we can offer you a Vegetarian Breakfast and Lunch (please contact us with your dietary requirements when booking)

Q. I am Gluten free can you cater for this?

A. Yes we can! On our Sausage making course we offer Gluten free Sausage making and if you are attending a Half day or Full day course our Breakfast and Lunch can be Gluten Free to suit you. (Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking)

Q. Can a child under the age of 18 take part in a course?

A. No. All our courses are for Adults 18 years and over. (insurance and safety purposes)

Q. I would like to buy a Voucher. Can I pay a different amount towards one?

A. Unfortunately no. All our Vouchers are for a specific course so the full amount must be paid. 

Q. Can I bring someone with me as a spectator?

A. Sadly No… We have limited space in the Cutting room and each attendee pays a set amount for their course which includes Breakfast, Lunch and refreshments.. each course has a maximum amount of people . (Of course you could always suggest them to  join the course and take part, more interesting then spectating!)

Q. How quickly can you send me a Voucher?

A. We can send out vouchers the same day that we receive payment. We send all our vouchers by First Class Post. We can also email them to you if its a matter of urgency!

Q. Can you offer accommodation if we are travelling from a long distance?

A. We can certainly send you a link to all the B & B’s and hotels in the area and make sure you have everything you need.

 

Q. Can I buy extra meat from you if its available?

A. Yes you can. We would be delighted to offer you what we have in stock and if we don’t have it on the day you can order it from us and we will have it in for you as soon as we can.
