Service Description

This course begins with a classroom session exploring the science behind the art of charcuterie. This is a vitally important part of the course, ensuring that everything you produce is completely safe and providing a foundation for the practical butchery work that follows. You will then move into the butchery to create a range of exceptional products to take home. Home-cooked breakfast will set you up for the day, followed by mid-morning refreshments and a two-course lunch when we break at 1pm. You will also receive detailed recipes and instruction sheets, enabling you to confidently produce your own charcuterie at home.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel a course that you are booked for, please try to give us at least 2 weeks notice. This gives us time to fill your place. You may book onto a different date. Please refer to the website www.greenfarmbutchery.net for our course dates and let us know.
